They have always given me great service at Earheart's. You do have to wait for an appointment, but it is that way with all of the auto body repair shops in town. They work hard at what they do at Earheart's and do great work.

These guys are awesome! My truck was making funny noises. So I took it to them. They figured it out, gave me a quote, got it scheduled, and fixed. It was all so quick and now I'm back up and running and my truck sounds great.

As a female, I don't feel taken advantage of, and they're always there for a quick question or concern.

I even took it to them when my check engine light came in, they plugged the diagnostic meter to it, and found it was because I didn't get the gas cap screwed on quick tight enough. They reset it and sent me on my way.

I feel confident that they will help me with anything I need. Wonderful place!

My vehicle was hit while it was parked. I felt overwhelmed as it was just another thing to deal with, however, from the first contact I had with Earhart's I knew I was in GREAT hands. I basically handed them the claim number and didn't have to talk to another insurance agent again. They provided a rental vehicle (a nice one!) while my vehicle was being repaired and dealt with all of the insurance side of things. I also received emails and/or texts informing me of how the process was going. My car looks as good as new (even better, actually) and I HIGHLY recommend you go here. You will not be disappointed!

Earhart's Collision Repair did an excellent job repairing a busted tail light.  They returned my car pristinely clean.  They were professional and trustworthy - a valuable commodity for this single mom.  They also alerted me to my poor tire condition.  So happy they saved me from a disaster.  Also, so happy to hear that they are now serving mechanical maintenance needs.  They've earned a customer here!

Took my truck to Earhart's collision in the middle of winter for accident repairs. They were able to get me in within a week- much earlier than I had expected, and had the work done in a timely fashion. The repairs look great. Additionally, they went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming, even delivering my truck to me upon completion!  Would definitely recommend.

I was forced into finding a facility after significant damage was caused by a deer strike to a newer foreign vehicle. I found their website informative and their reviews comforting. Earhart's Collision Repair is the only place I will take my car for repairs.  The "at fault" driver's insurance wanted me to take my car to a different shop.  I refused.  I have used Earhart's for years and will continue to use them in the future. The repairs are always done correctly.

Both myself and my wife were in fender benders in the same week.  I choose to take my truck to Earhart's she followed recommendations and went to WB&F.  My truck had more damage and was harder to get parts, however Earhart's completed the work in the time frame quoted and called to let me know that frame.  WB&F never called I had to call them, they still are not finished even though they said they would call last week I'm still waiting.    I am pleased with the work done to my truck, but what sets them apart is they actually communicate with you. They finish in the time frame they quote.  This means a lot.  They also work with the insurance companies and make sure the truck is repaired properly.   I will definitely use them in the future if need be and recommend to any that ask.   As for WB&F I will call them again to see when they will be finished, again.

I have used Earhart's for all body work done on my autos and have never been disappointed in the results. My last experience involved an insurance claim and Earhart's made the process easy. I will definitely continue to use Earhart's.

I just had my '69 Camaro in its first fender-bender in the 24 years I've had it, and wanted to make sure I went to the right person to repair it. After doing research and asking around to other people, I decided on Earhart's Collision Repair, plus I know they are a Christian business and so it was an easy decision. It also was definitely the right decision. I told them I wanted the car restored to what it looked like before the accident, and I was explained the process of how they would do that.  Well, they didn't restore it to what it looked like before the accident....they restored it where it looks even better than before, and the car looks terrific and new again. They were very meticulous on all of their body work, and they matched the paint to what looks like perfection. I am very pleased and appreciative of their work efforts! Thank you to your entire company for the wonderful work on my car!  No offense, but I hope I don't need to use your services again (at least on my Camaro), since that means my vehicle had to be damaged first. :-) But, it's a huge comfort to know the Wenatchee Valley has an excellent company like Earhart's Collision Repair to make your vehicle look the same or even better than before any accident you might have had. I would never hesitate to use their services again. If your vehicle needs any body repair, please give them an opportunity to restore it, you'll be very glad you did!

I have had them work on vehicles on 2 occasions.  The first time they called when they started the work and told me that there was a small dent just beyond the accident damage, that could be fixed  for just a minimal amount more, and the quality of their job would be better.  I gave them the go ahead and it looked perfect.  The second time they gave me an estimate, on cost and time,  both were spot on, and the finish work was beautiful. I would (and have) recommend Earharts to anyone needs vehicle body work done.

We brought our car in to Earhart's to have a dent removed from a rear panel on the car. They did a fantastic job getting the dent out and also matching the paint to the rest of the car. It looks as good as new! The service was very quick and honest and they worked great with our insurance company. We highly recommend them!

I was very satisfied with the speed of the repair!  It was done a day faster than promised. I was vey impressed about how easy it was to order the right part, and get the right color of paint, all over the phone!  This was very important, as I work an hour away, and it is hard to "just drop by."  I would recommend them to anyone!

We've gone to Earhart's Collision numerous times over the years and always impressed with their friendly, customer service and attention to detail. They do meticulous work, and although there are other good collision repair places in town, Earhart's has always been our preference. Excellent customer service, and they do a lot for our community!  However, the repair left lots to be desired, but they're currently working on making it right!  I'll update when it's all done and include before and after pictures.

My car needed a rear bumper repaired and Earhart did a great job.  Looks like new.  Also buffed up a scratch on the side and that looks better.

We had a great experience at Earhart's.  They worked with the insurance company if a very transparent, timely, and efficient manner which saved me a ton of time and hassle.  The repair looks very good and the staff was a pleasure to work with.

My experience at Earharts collision center was excellent, they knew exactly what to do and how to do a fantastic job in a very timely manner. They finished painting & installing a new bumper for my 2013 Dodge dart in 2 days and then I drove right into a snow storm with fresh paint, it looks excellent and will last!   If you have any auto body work I would say to definitely call Earharts they are the BEST :) 

We brought our 1998 Subaru Legacy to the shop after a referral from a friend.  We had heard the radio spots and thought "let's give it a try!".  We were pleased with the work and more important, the service we received.  There was a problem with the glass with in the tailgate and they worked hard to make sure we were satisfied.

I backed into a winch handle in my garage doing damage to the passenger's side of my truck's bed. Took it to Earharts for repair. I am totally happy with the work and even more pleased by the personal service by them. They repaired the damage and even buffed out some scratches on the other side of the truck that was not part of the bid. And the cookie was good also!
